Missing or Damged Items
Missing or damaged products during shipping to the customers are to be reported to Coilover Hub witin 8 days of delivery.
Customers are to inspect all included items immediatly as they are delivered. Any claims made after the 8th day will not be eligible for any claims.
Keep and document any and all packing materials to conduct a proper claim with the shipping courier. The courier will be conducting their investigation on any claims.
Once the investigation is accepted by the shipping courier and we are notified, we will move foreward with the replacement.
All claims must be filed immediately. Each shipping courier have different set times, check with the courier deadlines as to not miss their deadlines for filing and executing any claims.
