To keep it simple we have come up with a simple return policy.

All sales are final. No returns on any items.

The reasons are:

Many of the suspension parts are custom ordered. With custom spring rates or modifications for the order it would not be feasible to have returns. Please make sure that you know what you are ordering before placing the order.

Members receive wholesale prices. We are attempting to keep the prices as competitive and low as possible. Again, it would not be feasible to do this if we also did not make all transactions final.

There are only a few exceptions to this.
If the order was our mistake we will gladly offer a return for a full money back. The funds will be returned to the original payment that was made for that order. The item must also be; in an unopened condition, undamaged, and unused. You must contact us within 10 days of shipment to you and we will make arrangements for the item to be returned. Once the item is returned and inspected for approval or rejection of your refund. If approved we will proceed with the refund. If rejected we will send you a notification of the reason.

If your product was sent damaged, contact us with photos and any other proof you can supply to us. We will have you send it back to us and you will receive the same item once we receive it for inspection.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

Any sale or discounted items cannot be refunded for any reasons. Contact us first before making an order if you are still not sure.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Coiloverhub@gmail.com

Shipping returns

Contact us via email first to receive confirmation of a return and other instructions for shipment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

All items must use a tracking shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if lost. Please make sure it is shipped back in a secure container.
